Why there is no cookie banner
This site does not set cookies. Google Analytics 4 is loaded with Consent Mode v2 configured to deny analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization by default, and that default is never changed because there is no banner to change it. In that state Analytics runs cookieless: it sends aggregate pings without writing an identifier to your device. Session and user counts in the reports are modelled rather than tracked.
The practical consequence for you is that this site cannot recognise you on a return visit, cannot build a profile, and cannot pass an identifier to an advertising audience.
What is collected
- Cookieless analytics pings. Page URL, referrer, approximate country derived from IP, device type, browser and language. IP anonymisation is enabled, so the address is truncated before storage. Processed by Google as a data processor.
- Hosting logs. Standard web server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent — retained by the hosting provider for security and abuse handling.
- Email you send. If you write to an address on the contact page, the message and your address are kept for as long as needed to deal with it.
What is not collected
There are no accounts, no logins, no comment system, no newsletter and no forms on this site. No email address is ever sold or shared with an advertiser. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no social tracking script and no fingerprinting library. Nothing on these pages asks for browser notification permission, which would be an odd thing for a site about push ads to do without saying so.
Affiliate links and what leaves with you
Links to AdsCompass carry UTM parameters identifying which placement on this site you clicked — for example the hero button versus the comparison table. Those parameters travel in the URL to the destination and tell the network that the visit came from here. No personal data is attached to them. Once you land on the destination, that company's own privacy policy governs what happens next, including any cookies it sets. Which links these are is listed on the affiliate disclosure page.
Outbound citation links — Chromium, WebKit, Mozilla, the IETF, the W3C and the rest — carry no tracking parameters at all.
Third parties
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) for the cookieless measurement described above. The hosting provider for delivery and server logs. Fonts and images are served from this domain rather than a third-party CDN, so no font provider sees your request. There are no other embedded third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and comparable regimes you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you, and may object to processing. Because this site holds almost nothing tied to an identifiable person, most requests resolve to email correspondence and hosting logs. Write to [email protected]. You can also block analytics entirely with any content blocker; nothing on the site breaks when you do.
Children
This site is aimed at people buying advertising traffic and is not directed at anyone under 18. No data is knowingly collected from children.
