Corrections get read first and fixed fastest. Everything else is welcome too.

Where to write

  • Corrections and factual disputes
    [email protected]
Anything backed by a primary source is acted on quickly. Include the page, the claim and the document that contradicts it.
  • Updated network data
    [email protected]
If a minimum deposit, format list or GEO count on the comparison table has changed, this is the fastest way to get it fixed. Network representatives are welcome to write in; the claim still has to resolve to your own documentation.
  • Partnerships and commercial enquiries
    [email protected]
Note before you write: paid placement, paid reviews, sponsored posts and link insertions are not sold. See the affiliate disclosure for what is and is not on the table.
  • Press, speaking and everything else
    [email protected]

What happens to a correction

It is checked against the primary source rather than against the site's existing text, which is the only way a correction process is worth anything. If the source supports you, the page is amended and its verification date updated; where the fix changes the meaning of a claim rather than tidying a detail, the change is noted on the page. The full procedure is in the editorial policy.

If a claim is disputed without a source, expect a reply asking for one. That is the same bar this site applies to itself — see the review methodology for the hierarchy that decides what counts.

What this site cannot help with

Account problems, billing disputes, payouts and campaign moderation at any ad network have to go to that network. This site is not affiliated with the networks it compares beyond the disclosed affiliate arrangement, has no access to anyone's dashboard, and cannot escalate a ticket. AdsCompass runs a 24/7 support channel of its own for exactly this.

Individual campaign consulting, ROI predictions and offer approval are outside scope too. The push ads guide is the whole product and there is no paid tier waiting behind it, so there is nothing to quote for.

Who you are writing to

Editorial mail reaches Christoph Trappe, who writes and is accountable for the content on this site. What happens to a message once you send it is covered in the privacy policy. Background on what the site is for is on the about page, and the legal position is in the terms of use.
